High School Art Department Tablets!
This is a Donation Opportunity
Request Description: Kelly Egger and I (Meaghan Sorensen) would like to request some art tablets that the students would have access to, to photograph artwork and then upload to necessary platforms (Google Classroom, AP portfolios). Access to tablets would benefit multiple courses that Kelly and I teach and allow students to submit digital versions of their work. This step is necessary, specifically for AP Art and Sculpture class, but could be utilized in any of our studio art courses. With the students not having access to their phones, this would be a helpful way for them to still learn the process of photographing their own work and uploading those files appropriately.
Amount Requested: Ideally, we are hoping to have 4 tablets (2 per art classroom). We would like either the 8" screen or the 10" screen. Please note that NO protection plan is needed via the prompt you will receive on Amazon to purchase one.

Positive Impact & Student Benefit: This would impact student learning in a variety of ways. As an artist, it is important to learn how to photograph work and upload the correct files for future projects or reflection. This also allows students to receive help through this learning process by providing the technology in the classroom for them to complete these aspects of the assignments.
