Teacher Wish List Application

This form is for Hayward School District teachers to express specific needs for classrooms, teams, or boosters. Requests made must be for students and not teacher’s personal use. Please allow two weeks for requests to be posted to the site. This is not a HFEE Grant. Once your request has been funded, please consider a $10 donation to HFEE to help support the administrative costs associated with this outreach portal. Please notify HFEE here: https://www.hfee-wi.org/contact once your request has been funded. HFEE will need to update the site accordingly so that requests are not over-funded.
