Help Fund the Middle School - Parent Administration Collaboration (PAC) Fund

This is a Donation Opportunity

Request Description: The goal of this request is to build a fund that will be used to support the Middle School PAC. This fund will be used to provide support to teachers and students throughout the year via meals, snacks, gifts and incentives. Specifically for Teacher Development Days, Student Testing Week, Recognition, and Teacher Appreciation.

Amount Needed: Any amount is welcome! Including gift cards that can be used for teacher appreciation gifts

Positive Impact & Student Benefit: We believe these little things go a long way and help teachers and students feel supported, appreciated, and seen.

Grade Levels: 6th-8th grade.

Timeline: ASAP - Annual Funding Requested

Checks made payable to the School District and add "HMS PAC account in Fund 21" In the notes. For more information, call 715-634-2619.

Additional Comments: The PAC funds are used to cover teacher development day meals, gifts, awards, and food needed for teacher appreciation week, and the funds are used to purchase snacks and awards for students during testing week. In the past these items and funds were solicited from families throughout the year however we are now establishing a fund where donations can be made at anytime. This also allows the PAC a budget for better planning.
